Meet Jennifer, Founder
I come from a family of home craftsman, builders, painters, masons and designers. My love for home design started at an early age when I would spend hours drawing floor plans and using my little brother’s legos to build houses. I started working in customer service jobs at the age of 14, got my Real Estate license when I was in college and worked as a mortgage lender for several years. I had all of the tools I needed to start renovating my personal homes and the next thing I knew friends were asking for my help with theirs too.
In 2016 Jennifer Strickler Design was born. In 2018, my brother-in-law Jesse Strickler came to work with me. Since then we have expanded our services to offer furniture and décor. I am blessed to have a job that I love. My brain was made for design. The fact that I get to dream up spaces and then see them come to life in my client’s homes, is just so much fun for me.
Meet Jesse
Jesse grew up in North West New Mexico. He attended New Mexico Military Institute followed by the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. He spent just over a decade in uniform, serving as a KC-135 and MC-12 pilot. Having completed over five combat deployments in close succession accruing over 2000 flight hrs, he took advantage of an early exit program and separated from the Air Force. In 2018 Jennifer’s business needed help to expand and improve systems, so Jesse moved to Tulsa. He enjoys the technical side of design and construction, as well as keeping an encyclopedic knowledge of all the latest furniture and décor products on the market.
